She began her journey in yoga as a form of self-care, cultivating a sense of calm and focus as she tackled her main job as a dedicated social worker, human rights activist, and founder of the nonprofit Eleison Foundation. It wasn’t until recently that Dr. Cordisco Tsai made the decision to bring attention to the work she does overseas and with the Eleison Foundation into her local community.
The Glass House Celebrates 75 Years

SOMERS, N.Y. - An employee of The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been charged with physically attacking a disabled resident, state police said. Jossette F.
