Utica Police arrest man in Oneida Square incident
UTICA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — Utica Police have arrested a man after he allegedly punched and kicked a man in Oneida Square on the morning of Thursday, May 16. Police were called to the Oneida Square area at approximately 7 am on Thursday. Upon their arrival, they witnessed one male — later identified as 33-year-old Isaiah Ruffin — repeatedly striking another male. Officers gave multiple commands for Ruffin to stop hitting the other male, but Ruffin refused all of their commands.
