LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Dolly Parton is in Kentucky to celebrate the program she founded, Imagination Library, going statewide. It was WAVE News that helped bring it to Jefferson County. Bill Shory had just moved to Louisville 11 years ago with his family, including his daughter Isabella, who loved getting the books every month from Imagination Library. The program was huge in Knoxville, Tennessee.
