Plans for abandoned Urban Government Center met with opposition
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The Louisville Metro Urban Government Center needs to be repurposed. Essentially everybody agrees to that, but the question is how. The Upper Paristown Preservation Trust, or UPPT, is behind current plans to redevelop this metro-owned property. UPPT is the same group that transformed Paristown Point, with restaurants, a concert hall, and seasonal events.

Online resource for JCPS parents raises new concerns ahead of the first day of school
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A new online resource is intended to help keep JCPS parents informed about buses for their children, but some parents are not liking what they see. It’s called Bus Teller. Parents are invited to log in, and they will find information about bus stops, pick up times and the school their children are going to.
