Theresa Nist is showing Gerry Turner what he lost.
The “Golden Bachelor” alum, 70, was photographed looking as happy as can be while splashing in a New Jersey beach Saturday.
Nist — who finalized her divorce from Turner , 72, in early June — flaunted her cleavage and curves in the white, low-cut bathing suit. She completed her look with layered silver necklaces, bracelets and stud earrings.
However, most importantly, he said he preferred his future partner to live in his home state of Indiana or is willing to move there.
When Turner and Nist announced their separation in April, he hinted that part of their breakup was caused by their refusal to move out of their respective towns.
“Theresa and I have had a number of heart-to-heart conversations, and we’ve looked closely at our situation, our living situation, so forth, and we’ve kind of come to the conclusion mutually that it’s probably time for us to dissolve our marriage,” he said on “Good Morning America” at the time.
“We just looked at homes after home, but we never got to the point where we made that decision,” Nist added.
“We look at these situations, and I think we just feel like it’s best for the happiness of each of us to live apart.”
“Golden Bachelor” Season 1 contestant Susan Noles confirmed their issues stemmed from the distance between them, writing on social media, “neither one of them can leave their families.”
Immediately after announcing their split, Turner filed the paperwork to end their marriage, reasoning that their relationship had been through an “irretrievable breakdown.”
The pair got engaged during the premiere season of “The Golden Bachelor” in 2023, with the retired restaurateur getting down on one knee with a 3.15-carat sparkler .
