New Providence School District Seeks Funding for Baseball/Softball Field Renovations
NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – New Providence School District is planning to undertake a large project of renovating its baseball and softball fields. Athletic Director Vincent Carangelo attended the Thursday, June 27 Board of Education (BOE) meeting to explain the scope and funding for the project. NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – Jonathan Keaney, Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Supervision, provided a presentation of the results of the 2024 New Jersey Graduation Proficiency Assessment (NJGPA) at the Thursday, June 27 Board of Education (BOE) meeting. The assessment consists both of English Language Arts (ELA) and mathematics components and is administered to students in grade 11 as a tool of meeting the state graduation requirement.
