Grand jury indicts NJ man on charges of killing mom, 29, in jealous rage
WALL — A grand jury has returned an indictment against a man charged with stabbing his girlfriend multiple times with a machete. Alex Williams, 24, of Wall, repeatedly hacked Brianna Greenwood in the parking lot of the Glen Oaks apartment complex off Allenwood Road on May 23, causing "multiple significant injuries," according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Rash of vehicle thefts and home burglaries in Fairfield, New Jersey
Police in one Essex County, New Jersey community are speaking out after a rash of vehicle thefts and home burglaries. Fairfield Police Department's public information officer Stacy Chiarolanza says Fairfield has had more occupied home burglaries this year than ever before. There's also been a rash of high end vehicle thefts, including three in the lasts couple weeks. Chiarolanza says gangs are recruiting younger members to commit the crimes because the consequences are not severe enough.
