Marengo County Sheriff’s Arrests

Jan. 20

• Daniel John “Chuck” Baker was arrested by the Marengo County Sheriff’s Office for criminal trespass third degree. Baker was released on Jan. 21 on bond.

Jan. 24

• Britten Faith Stephens was arrested for driving under the influence by the Marengo County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 26

• Keith Thompson was booked into the Marengo County Detention Center by Linden Police Department for the charges of driving while under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 30

• Derek Rann Driver, 30, from Sweet Water, was arrested for assault third degree and domestic violence (strangulation).

Jan. 31

• Kenneth Scott Irvin, 54 of Sweet Water, was arrested for shooting into an occupied dwelling and cruelty to animals.
