Celebrate Washington Wine Month this March in Seattle

This March , Seattle is celebrating 31 days of the grape state with Taste Washington —one of the largest food and wine events in the country—taking place March 16th and 17th. In honor of Washington Wine Month, Seattle’s new luxury hotel, Lotte Hotel Seattle , will be kicking off with a Wine Dinner Experience with Mark Ryan Winery .

From 6:30pm-9:30pm on March 14, Lotte Hotel Seattle's guests will be able to sip, savor, and experience an exclusive Mark Ryan Wine Dinner with panoramic views of Elliott Bay on the 16 ^th floor of Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge . The 5-course culinary experience with exclusive Mark Ryan wine pairings begins with an Oyster Flight, Baby Field Greens, and continue with Pan Seared Scallops. Enjoy Dry Aged NY Strip Steak, and finish with an Araguani Chocolate Flourless Cake. The cost is $180 per person.

Additionally the property will be offering a Washington State wine flight throughout the entire month of March, include The Dissident by Mark Ryan , Casamith Cervo Barbera , and Powers Viognier .
