Arnold Schwarzenegger opens up about girlfriend of 10 years

Arnold Schwarzenegger spoke, in a rare occurrence, about his girlfriend of 10 years.

Appearing on a recent episode of the "New Heights" podcast with Jason and Travis Kelce, the legendary action star discussed his decade-long romance with physical therapist Heather Milligan.

Schwarzenegger wound up talking about Milligan as the program was focused on football, which he said he learned about from watching with his sons. However, it was his relationship with Milligan that took his appreciation of the sport to a new level.

“I learned the game. I learned the rules and then later on, around 10 years ago, I fell in love with Heather, with my girlfriend, who is a physical therapist, who treats a lot of the football players and boxers and UFC fighters and basketball players,” he said.

"And she's really a fanatic about sports, especially football. So now I'm sitting with her, and she's explaining if I have any questions," he continued. "It never stops. This is really what has happened in the last few years."

Schwarzenegger was previously married to Maria Shriver.
