    Suspect Sought in Dollar General Theft - Help Needed!

    RICHLAND TWP, PA – The Richland Township Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a recent retail theft at a Dollar General store. The incident occurred on May 11, 2024, at the store located at 1513 Scalp Avenue in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

    Authorities have released photos of the individual believed to be connected to the theft and are urging anyone with information to come forward. The police have specifically requested that information regarding the identity of the suspect not be posted online but rather reported directly to the Richland Township Police through the Cambria County 911 Center at 814-472-2100.

    In a direct appeal, the Richland Township Police Department also addressed the person of interest through a statement: "If you are in these photos, we are requesting that you contact the Richland Township Police Department."

    Further details of the theft have not been disclosed as the investigation is ongoing. The police continue to review surveillance footage and gather evidence related to the case. Community members are reminded to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity they believe might be related to this or other incidents.
