Lucy is a 5-year-old spayed female cat who has a unique personality that’s hard to resist. She was originally adopted from our shelter to be a barn cat, but she had other plans. Lucy decided she would rather be indoors, where she can lounge around in comfort and set her own boundaries. Lucy is a cat who values her independence and personal space. She doesn’t like other cats and would prefer to be the only feline in the household. Despite this, she’s not antisocial and will tolerate people who respect her boundaries. Lucy is particular about how much affection she’ll allow, and she’s not afraid to tell you when she’s had enough. We’re looking for a forever home that will provide Lucy with a quiet and comfortable space to relax. She loves a good bed to curl up on and hates being picked up or carted around, so we need someone who will respect her wishes and let her come to them.
