These criminal acts occurred on March 14, 2024, in the 3000 block area of Hebron Road, Pontotoc County, MS according to a press release from the Pontotoc County Sheriff

At the time of his arrest, Harrell was already out on bond from Chickasaw County, MS, for a previous burglary committed in their jurisdiction. The CID is currently working to have his bond revoked to prevent him from being released back onto the streets.

Harrell's charges are now pending further legal proceedings, and the Pontotoc County Sheriff’s Department will release further information about this arrest as they become available.
