Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms

LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:
Constance Slavin, 32, of Willshire, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended and two years of probation for the attempted aggravated possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Amy Ballard, 43, of Ada, was sentenced to two years of probation for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Jerry Liles, 66, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation and 130 days in jail for attempted OVI, a fourth-degree felony. Additionally, Liles must pay a $1,350 fine and his license will be suspended for three years.
Nikhail Russell, 21, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation for having a weapon while under disability, a third-degree felony.
Kevin Godsey, 27, of Lima, was sentenced to four years of community control for trespassing, a fourth-degree felony.
Michael Smith, 47, of Lima, was sentenced to three years in prison with a mandatory fine of $5,000 for the possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony.
Stacia Grindell, 29, of Lima, was sentenced to 18 months in prison with a mandatory fine of $5,000 for the aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.
Andrew Moran, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to three years of probation and 60 days in jail for attempted abduction, a fourth-degree felony, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Raekwon Knox, 26, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced to three years of probation for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony.
Brandon Burden, 35, of Lima, was sentenced to two years of probation for the possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
Michael Whitaker, 20, of Lima, was sentenced to one year of probation and 20 hours of community service for receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.
Marley Smith, 21, who is in the Correctional Reception Center prison in Orient, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for assault, a third-degree felony.
Cody Johnson, 34, of Lima, was sentenced to 48 months in prison, his license was suspended for five years and he was fined $5,000 for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony, and the aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony.
Justin Monhollen, 30, of Spencerville, was sentenced to three years of probation and 60 hours of community service with a fine of $1,000 for theft from a person in a protected class, a third-degree felony.
