Caitlin Clark Jokes Pouring In After Team USA's Alex Morgan Olympics Snub Announcement

Team USA's Paris 2024 Olympics roster selection committees haven't been very popular this month.

The initial outrage stemmed from the women's basketball selection committee elected to keep Indiana Fever rookie sensation Caitlin Clark off of their 2024 Olympics roster.

In the days and weeks after that controversial decision, every person in the sports media world offered their opinion about Clark's snub.

Although discussion around the choice has since died down.

Yet, another Team USA selection committee has been thrust into the spotlight on Wednesday, as the U.S. Women's Soccer National Team has decided to not include global superstar Alex Morgan on its Paris Olympics roster.

This snub has caused social media to crack Caitlin Clark jokes.

An X user went viral on Wednesday for posting a photo of Morgan wearing a Caitlin Clark jersey, with the caption, "usa olympic team committee saw this probably".

Another X user wrote, "Free idea: Alex Morgan and Caitlin Clark watch the Olympics together on a live cam, rip the shit out of everything. CC: @nbc ".

Paris will miss these two superstars.
