    See which boys lacrosse standouts from the Bucks County area made our all-area team

    Here is the talented 2024 Courier Times/Intelligencer all-star boys' lacrosse team:

    First team

    (in alphabetical order)

    Patrick Coleman, Central Bucks East, senior, defense

    A two-time first-team Suburban One League National Conference selection, a two-time Courier Times/Intelligencer pick and a two-time Eastern Pennsylvania Lacrosse Coaches Association selection, he will play his lacrosse at the University of Denver.

    Stevie Davis, La Salle High, senior, faceoff specialist/midfield

    A three-time first-team Philadelphia Catholic League selection and a two-time Eastern Pennsylvania Lacrosse Coaches Association choice, he helped lead the Explorers to the PIAA Class 3A championship game. Also a football standout, he will play lacrosse at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Frankie Fanelli, Pennridge, senior, attack

    A two-time first-team Suburban One League National Conference selection and a two-time first-team Courier Times/Intelligencer pick, he finished the season with 35 goals and a team-high 48 assists. He will play lacrosse at Eastern University.

    Tom Gallagher, Council Rock South, senior, defense

    A first-team Suburban One League National Conference selection, he anchored the defense for a Golden Hawks' team that earned a berth in the PIAA District One Class 3A tournament. Also a football standout, he will play lacrosse at Chestnut Hill College.

    Matt Jacobsen, Central Bucks West, senior, midfield

    A two-time first-team Suburban One League National Conference selection, a two-time Courier Times/Intelligencer pick and a two-time Eastern Pennsylvania Lacrosse Coaches Association selection, he will play his lacrosse at the University of Richmond.

    Paul van Bastelaar, La Salle High, senior, midfield

    A two-time first-team Philadelphia Catholic League selection, a two-time Courier Times/Intelligencer choice and a two-time Eastern Pennsylvania Lacrosse Coaches Association selection, he helped lead the Explorers to the PIAA Class 3A championship game. He will play lacrosse at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Tyler Vandermark, Pennridge, senior, goalie

    A two-time first-team Suburban One League National Conference selection and a two-time first-team Courier Times/Intelligencer pick, he finished the season with 221 saves after making 213 saves a year ago.

    Max Wickersham, La Salle High, junior, attack

    A first-team Philadelphia Catholic League selection, he helped lead the Explorers to the PIAA Class 3A championship game. He has made a verbal commitment to play his college lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University.

    Matt Wills, La Salle High, senior, defense

    A three-time first-team Philadelphia Catholic League selection, a two-time first-team Courier Times/Intelligencer pick and a two-time Eastern Pennsylvania Lacrosse Coaches Association selection, he helped lead the Explorers to the PIAA Class 3A championship game. He will play lacrosse at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Andrew Zazoff, Council Rock North, senior, midfield

    A two-time Suburban One League National Conference selection and a two-time Courier Times/Intelligencer pick, he led CR North with 67 goals this season and finished with 202 goals for his career.
