A lip reader weighed in on the viral interaction between Julia Roberts and Travis Kelce at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour stop in Dublin, Ireland, on June 30.
The clip of what looked like Roberts tickling and rubbing the athlete’s arm as they talked, and Kelce laughing and putting his hands on the actress’ arms, took the internet by storm.

Critics specifically called out the Oscar winner.
Lip reader Jackie Gonzalez shared the clip via Instagram and gave her take on the exchange.
According to Gonzalez, Roberts seemingly told Kelce, “‘I’m so unusually happy for you guys, and I don’t mean to make you nervous, but it makes me so happy.'”
Gonzalez is a deaf artist, social media star and competed on Netflix’s “Squid Game: The Challenge” in 2023.

Kelce’s interaction with the “Notting Hill” star, who has been married to Daniel Moder since 2002, was at Swift’s third and final performance at Aviva Stadium.
After the show, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was seen leaving the concert with the musician, 34, as they happily waved to fans.

All was well for the couple, but outsiders still reacted to Roberts and Kelce’s chat.
They later apologized for their comments in videos posted to Nikki’s Instagram.
“I probably should’ve said something different than the word ‘gross,’” Julie said. “It’s a weird word. It’s not a nice word … So, I’m issuing an apology right now for using the word ‘gross,’ but I think it was really weird.”

“I meant to say just weird, not gross and weird. So nix the gross.”
In the background, Edward teased that it was “too late” for Julie to take back her comments.
Swift was singing “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” from her latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” when she got stuck on a raised platform.

The part of the platform she was standing on didn’t retreat to become stage-level after it rose. Luckily, one of her backup dancers came to her rescue.
Swift praised the legendary artist before performing “Clara Bow,” in which Nicks is name-checked.
“She’s a hero of mine and also someone that I can tell her any secret and she’d never tell anybody,” Swift said to the crowd before performing. “She’s really helped me through so much over the years. I’m talking about Stevie Nicks.”
Kelce, meanwhile, has attended several of Swift’s concerts since they began dating in September 2023.

“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” Swift said about the start of their relationship in her Time’s Person of the Year interview in December 2023.
“We started hanging out right after that,” she added. “So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other. ”

“Obviously I’ve never dated anyone with that kind of aura about them … I’ve never dealt with it,” he said of Swift’s fame. “But at the same time, I’m not running away from any of it.”
The Eras Tour kicked off in March 2023 and became the highest-grossing tour of all time after surpassing $1 billion in revenue. Her final show will be in Vancouver, Canada, on December 8.
