Eva Longoria looked sultry at the ELLE Gourmet Awards 2024.
The actress attended the awards show that celebrates " gastronomy, good living and eternal summer", as stated on ELLE Gourmet's July 4 Instagram post celebrating Eva at the event.
The ninth ELLE Gourmet Awards happened at the Italian Embassy in Madrid, Spain on July 3. Eva was honored with an award for being the ambassador of Mexican gastronomy. She wore a black dress that had a cutout showing her toned torso, as well as a plunging neckline held together by a silver triangular wire. She pulled her brunette locks back into a casual ponytail and rocked understated jewelry.
While she wasn't seen on the red carpet posing with husband and businessman José "Pepe" Bastón, he was there at the awards to support. There were photos of the couple outside near greenery as he donned a blue suit with a green button-down shirt. The two were seen in conversation as Eva had her arms around him.
The 49-year-old also recently celebrated the premiere of her Apple TV+ of Land of Women. The comedy drama thriller set in Spain that follows a woman named Gala whose life changes when her husband incriminates the family in his financial dealings forcing Gala to flee Spain with her mother and daughter. It released on the streaming service on June 26.
The Desperate Housewives star also is set to appear on season four of Hulu's whodunit comedy series, Only Murders in the Building as a recurring character. A behind-the scenes photo of the series released in June showed Eva, Eugene Levy, Zach Galifianakis dressed as Hollywood counterparts to Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short's characters.
The fourth season will follow will follow the trio, Charles-Hayden Savage (Steve Martin), Mabel Mora (Selena Gomez) and Oliver Putnam (Martin Short), in Los Angeles looking for clues to solve Sazz Pataki's (Jane Lynch) murder and figure out who killed her.
Meryl Streep is also returning as Loretta Durkin the love interest to Oliver. In June 27, Eva talked about the relation between her and the veteran actress to EXTRA .
"Meryl and I are cousins. We both did the Dr. Gates DNA show and Meryl and I shared a relative," she told the outlet, referring to Henry Louis Gates Jr.'s 2010 PBS docuseries Faces of America.
"Years later, I saw her at an event and my friend’s like, ‘Go tell her you’re cousins.’ I’m like, ‘No, I’m not telling Meryl Streep we’re cousins.’ Then I hear, ‘Cousin!’ and I turned around and it’s Meryl," The Flamin' Hot director added
"To do ‘Murders in the Building’ together was really, really fun, and to call each other ‘cousin,’" she continued.
