Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever recently participated in a pickleball tournament hosted by Erica Wheeler on Sunday. Clark was seen showing her natural competitive spirit in a couple of action shots while taking the court with her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery.

Sports photographer Bri Lewerke was in attendance, and she was able to reveal Clark's pickleball record. While the WNBA rookie is known for her elite play on the basketball court, that wasn't the case in pickleball. Lewerke said Clark went 0-3 on the day, and fans quickly shared their immediate reactions online.

"Get better pickleball partners. Run it back with Kate Money Martin over the Olympic Break!" said one fan.

The jokes were pouring in all over social media, with many calling out McCaffery after Clark's frustrated photo was released.

"Great photo, I assume they lost because of Connor and not Caitlin?" asked one fan.

Wheeler held the pickleball fundraiser with her "The Wheeler Kid" foundation. According to the foundation's online motto , Wheeler and company "improves the lives of children by giving them the opportunity to choose a positive path in life through access to participation in a wide range of extracurricular activities and clubs."

Multiple accounts, like Sideline Sources and PlayersTV, reposted the photos, helping her pickleball action shots reach over 500,000 views online.

Clark leads all rookies in the 2024 WNBA season with 16.1 points and 7.4 assists, but some overtime training on the pickleball court may be necessary.

The off-court activity comes on an off day for the Fever, with their next matchup tipping off on Wednesday at noon ET against the Washington Mystics.
