MADISON, Wis. -- Looking for fun this weekend? Dane County Parks is hosting an Environmental Fun Fair on Sunday at Lussier Family Heritage Center.

The event goes from 2 pm to 5 where all of the activities will be centered around nature, outdoor recreation, and science.

The event will feature over 20 activity and learning stations, including a rainfall simulator, mobile trash lab, bird binding, and tracking, camping demo, live animals, tree climb, face painting, and games.

"This is the perfect setting for an event like this," said County Executive Jamie Kuhn. "The Lussier Family Heritage Center is located in the nearly 2,500 acre Capital Springs Recreation Area which provides abundant opportunities to get outside and explore our natural resources."
