    Oklahoma woman missing under suspicious circumstances. Authorities issue Kasey Alert

    A woman from Arkoma, Oklahoma, has gone missing, and authorities report suspicious circumstances.

    Harmoni Gail Jacks, 24, was last seen about 3:30 a.m. Sunday, July 7, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

    The patrol issued a Kasey Alert on Tuesday for LeFlore County. The alert system was created in Oklahoma last year and took effect Nov. 1.

    Jacks was seen driving a red 2012 Nissan Altima from Pocola toward Arkoma in LeFlore County. The Oklahoma license plate is JYD 879. The front bumper is damaged or missing.

    The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and Arkoma police are working on the case.

    Law enforcement continued to investigate her disappearance Tuesday afternoon.

    Jacks is about 160 pounds and 5 feet 1 inch tall. She has red hair and blue eyes.
