MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are looking for a man they say used a basketball to cover his face while he stole a package from someone’s home.

On Friday at 10:50 a.m., officers responded to a theft in the 4000 block of Brindley Drive.

Attempted murder suspect found after getting shot in foot

Officers were told that the victim ordered a new cellphone that was delivered to her address.

The suspect walked past the residence, returned to the residence and used a basketball to cover his face before reaching down and allegedly taking the package containing the new cellphone.
