Mother of Noah Bush detainee arrested

JESUP, Ga. (WSAV) – The mother of one of the young suspects connected to Noah Bush’s death is now behind bars herself.

The lawyer for the Bush family first put out the news on X (formerly Twitter) earlier today.

Natalie Hardison was arrested on 3 charges, including a probation violation and making false statements.

Wayne County Sheriff Chuck Moseley tells News 3 that the charges Hardison faces are not directly connected to Bush’s death or the case against her son.

Investigators say a 10 and 11-year-old were with Bush when he died and are accused of pushing him into the borrow pit where he drowned.

Both boys face charges; the 11-year-old is accused of involuntary manslaughter and simple battery.

Sheriffs say more charges connected to Bush’s death are possible.
