The Bloodline Takes Out Kevin Owens, Slams Cody Rhodes Through Broadcast Table On WWE SmackDown

The Bloodline made a statement on the July 19th episode of WWE SmackDown .

In the main event of the July 19th episode of WWE SmackDown, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens defeated Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. Owens made his return after he missed the previous week to be home with his family. He was revealed as Rhodes’ mystery partner after the champion had a confrontation with Theory and Waller earlier in the show.

After the match, The Bloodline came out. Rhodes and Owens took the fight to them, but Jacob Fatu overwhelmed them. Fatu brutally attacked Owens in the ring.

Tama Tonga wrapped a chair around Owens’ neck and slammed him into the ring post. The Bloodline then slammed Rhodes through the broadcast table. This beatdown came one week after The Bloodline took Randy Orton out with a vicious attack.

Rhodes is set to defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa at WWE SummerSlam.
