Angel Reese's Bold All-Star Game Strategy Will Shock Fans

Angel Reese is set to star in her first All-Star Game alongside Caitlin Clark on Saturday night, despite the fact both of the young stars are only rookies.

Reese in particular has surprised fans with her strong two-way play, and that helped her find her way on the All-Star team in her first year in the WNBA.

With the All-Star Game set to tip off at 8:30 PM EST on Saturday night, Reese is putting the finishing touches on her preparations for the game. However, it sounds like she could be adding a new wrinkle to her game, as she revealed she intends on shooting the ball quite a bit from behind the arc in this contest.

This is pretty surprising because three-point shooting isn't really a part of Reese's game. She's just 2-10 from behind the arc on the year for the Chicago Sky, as she primarily focuses on interior scoring and rebounding.

With the game itself being rather meaningless, Reese seems pretty intent on putting up a few threes and seeing if she can find the bottom of the net.

It will be interesting to see whether this strategy works out for Reese. And who knows, maybe it can help her turn into a knockdown three-point shooter for the rest of the season.
