Angel Reese Fans Call Out WNBA's 'Disrespectful' Caitlin Clark All-Star Announcement

Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark marked significant milestones in their respective careers on Saturday after both rookies took part in the much-awaited WNBA All-Star Game.

Fans are adamant that this is going to be the first of many for these two young superstars, but Reese supporters, in particular, are not pleased at all by one major announcement right before tip-off.

Along with Arike Ogunbowale, DeWanna Bonner, Nneka Ogwumike, and Jonquel Jones, Clark was named in the starting five of Team WNBA. Once this news went public, disgruntled Angel Reese fans just had to express their disappointment on X, formerly Twitter.

"Why didn't they wanna start Reese and [Clark]?" asked a fan.

"Wow they not starting Angel is low key disrespectful," stated a supporter.

"I don't see Angel Reese," observed another.

"Wait, where is Angel Reese?" questioned a fan.

"They didn’t wanna start Reese and Clark together," read one of the comments.

"Angel Reese is better," said another fan.

The mere fact that Reese was named an All-Star in her first year in the WNBA is a huge honor in itself. However, the fans of the Chicago Sky forward just can't overlook the fact that Clark has one-upped Angel yet again in this particular area.
