Diana Taurasi's WNBA All-Star Game Welcome to Caitlin Clark is Going Viral

The 2024 WNBA All-Star Game is now underway.

Through nearly two quarters of play, the Team USA squad holds a narrow lead over rookies Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, and the rest of the Team WNBA squad.

Both rookies have scored at least one basket to this point in the game.

But a moment between Diana Taurasi and Clark in the seconds before the game began is attracting a lot of attention.

Clark and Taurasi shared a heartfelt embrace with one another that turned a lot of heads before the game began.

The Sporting News posted a photo of the two on X with the caption, "Caitlin Clark & Diana Taurasi hug before the tip at the WNBA All Star Game".

The post already has nearly 20,000 views and 2,000 likes in 40 minutes.

Considering that Taurasi wasn't the most welcoming toward Clark before the rookie entered the WNBA, it's great to see that the two have reconciled and now appear to be on great terms.

The two icons haven't gone directly against one another during the All-Star Game quite yet. But perhaps that will be coming in the near future.
