Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever was joined by Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky as the only two rookies this season to make the 2024 WNBA All-Star game. Not only that, but they are playing on the same team for the first time ever.

It took until the final quarter, but Clark finally connected with Reese for an assist.

At the 6:36 mark of the fourth quarter, Clark got around her defender, New York Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu, and drove towards the hoop. As Phoenix Mercury center Brittney Griner came over to stop Clark, Reese was left wide open under the basket.

Clark made a nice bounce pass to Reese for two points, increasing Team WNBA's lead over Team USA to 95-66. This was Clark's tenth assist of the game.

Clark and Reese have had historic nights during the All-Star game, with both players breaking records. Clark broke the WNBA rookie record for most assists in an All-Star game, while Reese became the first rookie ever to record a double-double in the same game.
