Angel Reese left WNBA fans in tears after a touching moment with a young fan following the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game went viral.

In the video, Reese stops as she's headed to the locker room, takes off her shoes, and hands them to a fan who brought a sign with Reese's Pieces taped around the border, with the message, "Angel, I'll trade [you] all these [for] your shoes" written in the middle.

In early July, reports surfaced that Reese and Hershey's, which produces Reese's Pieces, were working toward an endorsement deal .

The young fan did not only receive an incredible piece of WNBA history but was also able to keep her candy.

Reese, playing for Team WNBA, became the first rookie in league history to record a double-double in the All-Star Game. She had 12 points and 11 rebounds in Team WNBA's 117-109 win over Team USA.

Fans were moved by Reese's kind gesture.

"Man….how can you NOT love Angel?! She’s practices what she preaches and represents what the WNBA stands for—comrade [sic], competitiveness, and compassion," read one comment that received over 100 likes.

"This is so wholesome," wrote one.

"Absolutely beautiful. This young girl will always remember this," added another.

"Love this!! So beautiful!! Love [Angel Reese]," shared another, while one account wrote, "I saw that sign before the game, Angel is a real [one] for this!"

"She's such a wonderful human," added another poster, with another commenter echoing the sentiment by writing, "A true Angel."

Reese gets a much-deserved break after her epic All-Star Game. The WNBA season will be on pause until August for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
