The main focus of this WNBA season has, without a doubt, been Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever. Over the past year, she has done wonders for women's basketball, particularly its popularity. While she set herself up for unbelievably high expectations in the WNBA, she has exceeded them thus far.

Not only has she broken countless rookie records, but she set the WNBA's single-game record in assists with 19. She has impressed greatly as of late, even to a point of almost locking up the Rookie of the Year award.

All of this has led to even more popularity for her, and her fans are extremely excited after the WNBA announced that they were considering extending their 40-game season to 44 games next year.

As the fan said, the more WNBA games there are, the more Clark plays. As of late, it seems as if she gets better every game, and it's been incredible to witness. Hopefully they do extend the season, and the league only continues to grow with more unreal talent entering the WNBA.
