Weekly wheat inspections post sharp decline

The latest crop progress report from USDA, out Monday afternoon and covering the week through July 21, gave traders a fresh round of quality and physiological data to digest. Of particular note, corn quality shifted one point lower, while soybean quality remained unchanged. Winter wheat harvest made some additional progress last week but is moving more slowly than anticipated.
