    Eight men indicted by KCK federal grand jury in drug trafficking ring

    KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Eight men have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Kansas City, Kansas on charges related to a drug trafficking ring in and around the Kansas City metro.

    Court documents claim that the eight defendants apparently took part in a conspiracy to distribute large amounts of methamphetamine and cocaine from July 2022 to June 2024. The documents do not reveal the identity of the defendants.

    The FBI, ATF, DEA, HSI, Jackson County Drug Task Force, KCK Police Department, KCMO Police Department and the Kansas Highway Patrol are investigating the case.

    Assistant U.S. Attorneys Trent Krug and David Zabel are prosecuting the case.
