Sheep Show Kicks Off the Activities at the Cass County Fair

(Atlantic) The Cass County Fair Sheep Show starts the activities at 8:00 a.m. today.

Darrin Petty is in his 24th year as the superintendent and 34th year on the committee. Petty says the show is held in the outdoor ring, starting with FFA, followed by 4H.

Petty says the process started in May with the weigh-in of the young lambs.

Petty invites the public to attend the fair, watch the show, and visit the food stand. All proceeds go towards making the Cass County Fair a free fair.
