Dalton Kincaid, TE, Buffalo Bills: The former Utah standout had a solid rookie season, catching 73 passes for 673 yards and two touchdowns. Buffalo traded All-Pro wide receiver Stefon Diggs to the Texans during the offseason, which should result in an increased role for Kincaid in 2024. Marquise Brown, WR, Kansas City Chiefs: "Hollywood" has flashed signs of greatness at times in his career, but he has yet to fully hit his NFL potential. That could all change in 2024 now that the 27-year-old has Patrick Mahomes throwing him the ball. Brown did go over the 1,000-yard mark as a member of the Baltimore Ravens in 2021, but for the most part has been an inconsistent fantasy producer in his five professional seasons. Brown is widely considered to be one of the best route runners in the NFL, and should benefit from Andy Reid's play-calling prowess.

"Brown was ninth on our breakout list last year as the WR35 in Arizona, where he received a WR1 volume of targets early in the year while the team awaited Kyler Murray's return but couldn't do enough with them to deliver a breakout performance. He's back much higher on our list this year after landing in a much better situation in Kansas City, where he won't be relied upon as much to carry the load of the offense while also getting to catch passes from potentially the best quarterback in NFL history by the time Patrick Mahomes calls it a career," White said.
