Fans Find Major Issues With USA TODAY Preseason College Football Rankings

You can sense the excitement building for the upcoming college football season, especially with the release of the preseason rankings. The USA TODAY Coaches Poll was released on Monday.

The top 10 rankings are as follows:

1. Georgia Bulldogs
2. Ohio State Buckeyes
3. Oregon Ducks
4. Texas Longhorns
5. Alabama Crimson Tide
6. Ole Miss Rebels
7. Notre Dame Fighting Irish
8. Michigan Wolverines
9. Penn State Nittany Lions
10. Florida State Seminoles

There wouldn't seem to be many issues with that top 10. However, it's impossible to satisfy all college football fan bases. Several people took to social media to express their dissatisfaction with the rankings.

Two teams that fans seem to be upset with are Penn State and Notre Dame. One fan said, "AP & Coaches vote Penn St and ND preseason top 10 every year, and they choke." Someone else stated, "Penn State is always top 10 no matter what," followed by the laughing emoji.

The Iowa Hawkeyes appear to be another team on the list that fans are not excited about.

Some people wanted to highlight what they see as 'SEC Bias.'

After that, some people didn't mind the rankings.
