The Las Vegas Raiders wrapped up their 10th practice of training camp on Tuesday and the latest practice in pads, meaning we got another update on the quarterback competition between Aidan O'Connell and Gardner Minshew.

Tuesday's practice was more of the same for Raiders' quarterbacks, as O'Connell and Minshew struggled to move the ball and establish a rhythm against Las Vegas' stout defense.

Gregg Rosenthal of NFL Daily stated that both quarterbacks struggled on Tuesday and exclusively pinpointed O'Connell's flaws, adding that the 25-year-old was hesitant and did not see the field way.

The former Purdue standout threw a pair of interceptions today as well, one to Jack Jones and one Tre'von Moehrig.

Minshew wasn't much better on Tuesday, as the veteran tossed an interception to Jones on an overthrow intended for Tre Tucker. Like O'Connell, he continues to struggle with taking care of the ball.

The 28-year-old has been extremely disappointing since his near-perfect performance during last Saturday's scrimmage.

The Raiders' preseason opener against the Minnesota Vikings is just days away and neither quarterback has consistently stood out or played clean and efficient football.

Antonio Pierce and his coaching staff will have a tough decision to make later this week on who the starter will be to open the preseason. Both quarterbacks are expected to get a quarter each .
