Black Cat Supervises His Brother Like It's His Full-Time Job

I think it's definitely possible to have two cats with similar personalities living under one roof, but in my own experience, I've never seen it happen before. Even in my own home, that's not true; one of my cats is the chill, super outgoing one who rarely makes a mess or causes trouble, while the other is wild, gets himself into predicaments he can't get out of without help from a human, and will scratch the furniture if left unsupervised. I love them both, but they are two very, very different cats!

The chill cat in my home is my black tuxedo cat, and she's also the judgier of the two. It seems like that judgy personality might just be a black cat thing, though, after seeing the interaction between these two total opposite cats in this TikTok video!

In this TikTok video that @winstonandspooky shared on Monday, August 5, we can see a black cat named Spooky supervising her brother, a tabby named Winston, as he does stunts around the house — in this case, climbing on top of the bathroom cabinet to reach the air vent on the ceiling.

I have so many questions about how he even made it this far and what exactly he was planning to accomplish by doing this, but it's clear the real star of the video is Spooky,  watching from the safety of the ground and giving her brother a Look so he knows that this behavior is not okay with her.

Yeah, I would really hate to hear the kitty lecture that Winston is going to get from Spooky once he finally gets down from there...

More About Spooky and Winston's Relationship

These two aren't just siblings because they live in the same house — Winston and Spooky are biological siblings who were adopted together, so they've spent their entire lives together.

You can really see just how close they are in this video , when they were separated overnight for the first time when Winston needed to stay overnight at the vet. While Spooky probably got to relax more than usual without needing to supervise her brother, she was also sadder than usual... and when they were finally reunited, they were both so happy. Hopefully, they'll never have to be apart again!

It's good to see that there's a lot of love between Spooky and Winston, despite the fact that Winston is probably giving Spooky a lot of gray hairs these days.
