Missing 11-year-old Birmingham girl found safe

UPDATE: Birmingham Police confirm the missing child was found safe.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — The Birmingham Police Department is searching for a missing 11-year-old.

Khaliya Taylor was last seen in the West End neighborhood at 3 p.m.

She was last seen wearing blue jogging pants, a pink jacket and pink and white shoes. Taylor is just over five feet tall with brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information on Taylor’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact BPD at 205-328-9311.
