Capital Region homebuyer fair on Saturday

ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The 2024 Capital Region Homebuyer Fair will take place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Albany Public Library. The event is free and offers potential homebuyers the chance to connect to resources for owning a home.

Lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, real estate agencies, and grant programs will be on hand with information booths. Free credit reports and consultations will also be offered on-site.

Attendees are asked to bring their ID. There will also be an opportunity for no-obligation on-site prequalification for mortgage financing. Interested attendees can visit the Affordable Housing Partnership website or call (518) 434-1730 for more information.

The Albany Public Library is located at 161 Washington Avenue.
