    Brunswick woman charged in 2019 gas station robbery

    NORTH GREENBUSH, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — North Greenbush Police announced an arrest has been made following a longstanding investigation into a robbery in 2019. Scarlett Odell, of Brunswick, is facing several felony charges.

    Odell is accused of threatening a clerk at Raizada Fuel on October 31, 2019, reportedly telling the clerk she had a weapon while demanding all the money in the cash register. Police say she then fled the store with $1,321 and drove off in what was determined to be a stolen car.

    The investigation resulted in Odell being taken into custody at her home on an outstanding arrest warrant on August 23, 2024. She now faces the following charges:

    • Third-degree robbery
    • Fourth-degree grand larceny
    • Fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property
    One arrested after brawl with baseball bats at Dick’s in Latham

    Odell was arraigned at the North Greenbush Town Court before being released. She is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
