Fort Erie man arrested following Tuesday morning incident
On Tuesday July 2nd at 1:35am Niagara Regional Police observed a 2011 BMW sedan being operated on Ferry Street near Main Street in Niagara Falls. A traffic stop was initiated on Lundy’s Lane near Drummond Road. The driver failed to stop and accelerated to a high rate of speed. As the driver was identified, a pursuit was not initiated in the interest of public safety and an arrest warrant was sought.
