"Longhorn Steakhouse: Tridelphia Reviewed".

We were out and about all day & didn't feel up to cooking on the day of our visit. We normally enjoy going out to buffets because of the large options, it's already done & cooked when you arrive, service is normally a little bit faster, and if you go to the right ones, they are normally clean.

Anyways, we were in the Tridelphia, Highland area, so the 2 options we were looking at going to were; The Texas Roadhouse & Longhorn Steakhouse. We pulled into the parking lot of The Longhorn Steakhouse, sat there for a few seconds to go over both menu's. After comparing prices (which were very simular), reading reviews, & looking at pictures, we left and decided to go to the Texas Roadhouse.

Upon arrival of the Texas Roadhouse down the road, we pulled into a super packed parking lot, with the waiting line out the door, so we changed our minds and drove back down to the Longhorn Steakhouse.

We walked in, not too long of a wait to be seated, but we were seated right under a central air vent in which that evening had a decent tempeture drop! I didn't really fault them for that, it was pretty warm out during the day but at the same time our small children were still dress in there summer clothes so kinda felt like maybe they could have paid a little more attention to detail!

Anyways, ordered our drinks, waiter gave me the wrong drink, fixed it, gave us some really good bread, then we ordered our food! (By the way, the waiter was very nice & friendly)! The restuarant was pretty empty that night, like we litterally had a whole row and a whole section to ourselves, this is why I feel like whoever could have had a little better judgement on seating us!

So our food finally arrived approx 45 minutes later, all looked good, kinda, but noticed right away that something was wrong! My 2 year old daugher had a hair embreaded into her tender, they gave me broccoli instead of my baked sweet potatoe, my rice was cold and looked like someone just threw it on the plate! Iyiyi!

Longhorn Story Shorter, all of our food was cold! We ended up packing all of it up and put it in the microwave the next day! We have been in the Food & Beverage Business a long time, so we still tipped the waiter. We know for the most part, the food being plated and served wasn't her fault, but we could have been seated a little better!

Anyways, watch the video up top, don't forget to follow! I don't normally like to do these kinds of reviews, I like to keep them positive, but giving my full honest opinions I feel like is more valuble then watering it down, So here we are!

Would I recommend going to this place... I would, but not this location! The food was actully pretty flavorful, but our experience at this location was horrible!
