State official lists area bridges in 'poor' condition
The bridge that carries Interstate 87 over state Route 9 in the town of Lake George was listed in state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli's recent report on bridges that are in 'poor' condition and in need of repair or replacement. While construction work in underway on this I-87 bridge, dozens of others in Warren, Essex, Hamilton and Clinton counties await rehabilitation or reconstruction.
