North Caldwell to Pave Mountain Ave. This Week

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ -- Mountain Avenue is scheduled to be milled and paved from Bloomfield Avenue through Gould Avenue as part of the Essex County Roadway Resurfacing Program.

Work will begin on Tuesday, June 25. All work will be done overnight from 7 p.m. through 5 a.m. Motorists should expect intermittent road closures.

Residents have been advised to make arrangements to park vehicles at alternative locations should they need to leave their home between 7 p.m and 5 a.m. Parking on Mountain Avenue will be prohibited. Detours will be in place.
