Lock Haven, Pa. — A judge approved all 59 charges filed against a State College man accused of assault on a minor.

Kenneth Matthew Yerger, 27, said, “you’re taking my life away,” after Judge Frank Mills changed bail to $750,000 monetary, Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse said. Yerger was originally free on $150,000 unsecured bail.

On Monday, four victims testified to 17 separate incidents with Yerger. Strouse amended the charges at the conclusion of the three-hour hearing in Lock Haven. Based on testimony, Strouse added 24 charges to the complaint, saying the testimony “dramatically increased the number of alleged incidents.”

Strouse called Yerger a flight risk before bail was modified.

Yerger is facing two counts of rape of a child, two of statutory sexual assault, eight of aggravated indecent assault, eight of unlawful contact with a minor, two of sexual assault, three of indecent exposure, eight of corruption of minors, eight of indecent assault of a child, eight of unlawful contact with minor, and eight of corruption of minors.
