As busy and uptight as we may seem sometimes, it is quite undeniable that we occasionally want to play dress up and go to fine dining with friends or loved ones without forgetting to take memorable and beautiful pictures for the gram and of course, ourselves.

In the Cudahy Towers, downtown Milwaukee at 925 E Wells St, Milwaukee, WI, 53202 is one of the famous Bartolotta restaurants named Bacchus. It is often described as an exquisite, sleek silver of scones, backlighted faux skylight and upscale New American spot with a huge wine list and conservatory with Lake Michigan views.

Honestly, we have to agree that it is never about the food alone and nothing beats a restaurant with a perfect view. In some way, it adds to the appeal of the dish and people who explore would definitely agree to it.

The award-winning fine dining restaurant of 15 years has kept up with the trend of blowing the minds of their various guests with seasonal ingredients and food made by one of the famous chef de cuisine in America, Nick Wirth. His American cuisine is said to be best experienced through the five or seven-course tasting menus that change regularly with prices ranging from $21 -$45.

They offer several exclusive spaces for private events and also a glass-enclosed conservatory that was first designed, built and assembled in England. Bacchus is definitely a good venue for a special occasion.

If you’re thinking about exquisite locations for your date, Bacchus is for you.

The restaurant having reinvigorated its dining experience with a 2019 remodel and significantly upgraded to suit its bar, dining rooms and conservatory offers spacious and energetic standards. The remodel perfectly correlates with the social calibre of today.

They raised the standard once more when they introduced their enhanced health and hygiene protocols for both their employees and guests which warranted that face masks be used at all times when walking in common areas and addressing themselves, touchless payment options and an UV-C technology that destroys microorganisms in the air and on surfaces.

The restaurant also introduced a reservation system to control the number of guests they receive per day. We definitely do not want to be scared of going out to eat and coming back with the flu. Bacchus, The Bartolotta Restaurants provide all of the assurance required.

Bacchus, one of the Bartolotta restaurants was co-founded by late restaurateur Joe Bartolotta and his brother, Chef Paul Bartolotta who had both grown up in a traditional Italian family in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin along with their siblings and had enjoyed large gatherings centred on unbelievable good food hence the passion for creating signature restaurants in Milwaukee. They, however, added varieties of fine dining, casual and catering services for various events and exceptional cuisine and services through their lineup of distinguished venues in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Clifton Fadiman said “if food is the body of good living, wine is its soul” and we couldn’t agree less as neither could Bacchus restaurant in Wisconsin. Serving some of the finest wine, white and red from all the major producing regions of the world ranging from 800 to 900 bottle wine list showing a deep commitment to wine, both in the cellar and through their service team that wine lovers would revel in makes it a choice spot for celebrations. This is also why the Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Awards has recognized them as one of the restaurants that present their wine list with complete, accurate information including vintages and appellations for different selections. Bacchus, the Bartolotta restaurant has been honoured to have received this distinction for eleven consecutive years.

Bacchus is indeed a perfect place to make memories and Wisconsin of course, never disappoints.
