    Class Year: 2025
    Hometown: Melissa, Texas
Travel Ball Organization: Texas Bombers 18U Gold Smith

What about Texas did you love the most?

I knew that the University of Texas was the perfect fit and literally loved everything about it. The coaching staff was awesome and I can’t wait to get there and learn from the best. I loved the atmosphere at UT. The games were full of energy and were amazing to see. I also love the winning culture and the mindset that the softball program instills. It’s a winners win mentality centered around family. It is also close to home which is awesome.

What is your favorite travel ball memory?

I have so many great memories that will definitely last a lifetime. Winning the Alliance National Championship with my team is definitely at the top and I hope to do it again before heading to college.

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned from a coach?

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is to strive to be 1 percent better every day. Small improvements daily will get you to the top. My goal is to never be outworked. The little things you do everyday create big results, and details are what matter. Also understanding that you never truly fail but instead learn from every play and get better.

How did you get interested in softball?

I have been raised on the softball field since I was born. My mom played college softball and has been a coach since before I was born. It has been my passion ever since I can remember and in my blood.

What are your strengths as a player? What are you trying to improve on the most?

I feel like I am very powerful at the plate with home run power and a tough out. I am tall with good range in the middle and take pride in my fundamentals. I am coachable and super competitive. I am constantly striving to improve on my mental game, being better at coaching myself constantly, and working on playing multiple positions.

What player(s) do you look up to the most?

Taylor Pleasants is who I look up to the most. I am similar in size and love the way she plays defense, competes, and is powerful offensively. I have always worked hard to play like her and hope to be as successful as she was.

What are your favorite hobbies outside of softball?

I love to hang out with my family, go to the lake and wake surf, and Tik Tok.

What excites you the most about playing college softball?

Being given the opportunity to compete.
