Joe Cook and Justin Wells explain why the addition of 2025 Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin wide receiver Jaime Ffrench to the Longhorns’ 2025 class is a huge win for Steve Sarkisian and company.

Ffrench is the second five-star wide receiver to join the Longhorns’ 2025 class along with Kaliq Lockett , continuing the Longhorns’ five-star August. Wells and Cook watch Ffrench’s film and go over what some of the things the 6-foot-1, 190-pounder can do on the football field. Ffrench is a playmaker and someone who isn’t afraid to get physical in blocking.

Cook and Wells both discuss how they believe Ffrench has a superstar personality and that Austin is a place Ffrench believes can springboard his career. Chris Jackson ‘s effort in showing Ffrench that information is noted.

How Ffrench was pulled from Florida concludes the video. Ffrench was committed to Alabama but pulled back on his pledge after Nick Saban retired. A pivotal unofficial visit in April plus his official visit in June were key in ensuring the Longhorns secured Ffrench’s services.
