61-year-old man behind bars after planning to meet with juvenile in Opelika, officials say
OPELIKA, Ala. (WTVM) - Opelika Police Department officials arrested a man who allegedly arranged to meet with a juvenile. According to OPD, reports of a suspicious incident with a juvenile lead to an investigation that began in June of this year.
