Lewis County man dies after being shot with own gun in softball game dispute
ROME, New York (WWNY) - A Lewis County man is dead after he was allegedly shot with his own firearm during a dispute after a softball game in Rome, N.Y., over the weekend. Rome city police say 34-year-old Theodore Chrystie of Greig got into an argument with members of the opposing team around 8:15 p.m. on Sunday.
Local resident from Barneveld accused of criminal contempt in Trenton: NYSP
TRENTON- A local resident is faced with an accusation stemming from an alleged domestic dispute Monday in Oneida County, authorities say. Karyona L. Cittadino, 28, of Barneveld, NY was arrested Monday morning by the New York State Police (Remsen). Cittadino is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).
